Why choose us

At the heart of the local community since 1997

Our reputation has been built on up-to-date expertise, personal service, care and kindness, our family-run business reaches out beyond North London and North West London into Hertfordshire and Middlesex. We are proud to have established successful hearing care practices in Potters Bar and Golders Green.

As well as listening to your concerns, carrying out hearing tests, giving professional advice, and prescribing and fitting hearing aids, the services we offer have also continued to expand into ‘new’ areas.

Micro-suction ear wax removal, industrial hearing testing, home and care home visits, as well family consultations, are now all available from Nathan Gluck Hearing Care; and are always tailored to your individual needs.

Over the years, our unfailing commitment to keep pace with technological advances in hearing health and to embrace the on-going changes in hearing aid development, have kept us at the forefront of our profession.

Still proudly independent, Nathan Gluck Hearing Care is a member of the British Healthcare Trades Association, and operates under their Code of Practice, and of the Customer Care Scheme run by BSHAA.

Our Mission Statement

As a responsible hearing care provider, we only ever put your needs first. Before we carry out a personal hearing evaluation we make time to listen to your concerns. Before we begin talking about customised treatment, we’ll talk you through the results of your hearing test.

How long will it take to get a hearing aid?

From just a few days to two weeks – it all depends on the type of hearing instrument that you decide to have. If we send off impressions of your ears to the manufacturer, you’ll be getting a hearing aid that is specifically designed and crafted just for you, which is why it can take up to 14 days. Once your hearing aid is ready, we’ll book another appointment for a full fitting and show you how to use and care for your new life-changing device.

How will I know if my new hearing aid works?

Simple. From running through the functions to setting the appropriate sound amplification to suit your hearing loss, we’ll make sure you understand every aspect of your new hearing aid before you leave us. Our friendly, one-to-one training session is all about helping you get the most out of your hearing aid and making sure you feel comfortable and happy with it, and offer annual check-ups so we can make sure the hearing aid is working as it should be.

What if I have a question after I leave?

Feel free to ask. Nathan and his team will always be available to answer any queries or concerns you may have with your new hearing aid.
