  I had my first appointment here on Monday the 29th Jan 2024, after over 50 years of ear wax build up my ears were in a very sorry state and i could hardly hear out of either ear, i was met professionally and politely, I was taken straight … More in and actually seen early, the build up of wax was so bad i was given some oil to apply 3 times per day and given an appointment for the Thursday the 1st of Feb Again greeted professionally and courteously seen on time and every step of the process was explained to me as we proceeded and continuous checks to make sure i was ok during the procedure which left me very relaxed, once the wax had been removed being able to hear so clearly was amazing, how ever and infection was discovered under where the wax had built up, the dangers were explained to me a solution and medication recommended to me and the suggestion that i should get the treatment from my GP which I have done, all in all a fantastic experience i would recommend to everyone an absolutely amazing experience.
