Meet the team
Practitioner and Practice Owner
Fully qualified, highly experienced, and registered with The Health and Care Professions Council, Nathan has been working as a hearing aid audiologist since qualifying in South Africa in 1994. Committed to improving the hearing health of his local community, since opening his first London clinic in January 1997, he has extended his practice across North and North West London, Middlesex and Hertfordshire, whilst also working closely with Ear Nose and Throat Consultants and local GPs.
Through his membership of key professional bodies, including the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists, and as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health, Nathan undergoes regular professional training to keep up with the latest developments in the hearing care field. Renown for his gentle approachable manner, when he’s not at one of his Hearing Care centres, or on a home visit, Nathan happily lends his time to the Jewish Deaf Association (Hearing Connect). Here he offers free technical advice and guidance on hearing aids, together with unbiased information on the most appropriate hearing aids to suit the individual needs of all those the Association supports.
Calm, capable and considerate, Hazel is a born organiser – and a qualified social worker. Originally from South Africa, you’ll know her by her easy smile and warm, welcoming manner. To Hazel, making sure everyone who comes to the clinics is well looked after – along with taking care of everything that goes on in the office – comes as a piece of cake. As does never forgetting a birthday, even the big ones we’d rather keep quiet about!

Since the start of 2013, the friendly, understanding voice you hear when you call us in the morning will belong to Lynn. As she’ll be in the office to answers our phones between 9am and 1pm, she’s a very good listener. She’s someone who gets things done. Which is why she spends her free time filling her social calendar enjoying musical theatre and travelling, and her working days looking after all our paperwork and ensuring that all the hearing accessories we offer are always available.
Dennis has been with us for over six years, but has been a qualified accountant for many more. The experience he as gained in a wide variety of businesses from SMEs to international corporations, is invaluable; both to us and to the numerous charities who also take advantage of his freelancing accounting skills. Not just a numbers man, outside of work, Dennis enjoys travelling, sport, photography and military history.
Gillian is our newly qualified audiologist. She trained with us and studied at Aston University in Birmingham. She passed her course with Distinction; an achievement of which we are all immensely proud. She helps with hearing device repairs, hearing tests, hearing aid fitting, and supports the other members of the team with all the other audiology services we offer. She has made herself indispensable – to colleagues and patients alike!
